"Cuber" - LOL

The Bay of Pigs in 61 was part of a learning curve. The CIA rather than SF was the primary trainer for the Cuba attack cadre.
The 7th Special Forces Group was involved in that, but senior SF Officers were not intimately involved in the Pentagon planning. Thereafter they were.

I graduated SF training in 62 as the missile crisis was heating up. This time a full on secured mission planning facility for A Teams was underway. It was later torn down for the highway. It was located just North of where the All-American freeway goes under Gruber Road.

Neither the decision to launch nor to abort the Bay of Pigs were SF decisions. JFK gave the green light and made it very clear in the event of likely failure, he would not commit conventional US Forces to the effort.
When the Cuban aircraft began attacking and Pentagon planners asked for a USAF response, the abort order was given by I think Lemnitzer the JCS Chairman.

Almost simultaneously the Laos A teams were being pulled due to the UN declaration of neutrality. The 5th SF Group was being established and began feeding A teams into Viet Nam.
