Term Limits are the answer to corruption, earmarks, lobbyists and permanent congressional fixtures who work for their own enrichment after about 3 terms--not the best interest of citizens. They'll never vote for their own term limits unless voters pressure them to do so when they're grovelling for votes. An almost impossible task, like herding cats.
