Great! Why isn't the federal government doing that with our tax money in America?!? I'm truly amazed at how Americans don't mind seeing their taxmoney spent in other countries?!? There's plenty of schools in America that need those funds. As if any American would support giving their state tax money to a neighboring state to build schools?!? That would never happen. Any politician who proposed that would be laughed at and then voted out of office. Brian, you live in PA, would you care if 10% of your state school funds went to NJ? I'm sure you would. Well, why support the same shenanigans half way around the world?!? Incredible!
