esec. Regarding Hirschfield & Tessler. According to insidertrader Hirschfield & Tessler reported Sales (S) of 90k resp. 65k shares. So far.(all between 10.25 and 17) Kaplan sold 675.5 k shares betweel $9.8 and $11. also, Egan sold 73.5k shares at 12-6.75 Total: 904k And there are 144ers filed for: Egan, totalling 256.5k shares Imperiale (PR) totalling 233,3 k shares Hirschfield totalling 410k shares (including 110k from the Dec.98 200k excluded 50k from the Norman Hirschfield found.) Spielvogel, 35k shares Kaplan, 274k shares Diker, 200k shares Not to overlook ART/FGT with 500k Totalling 1.908k (1.408k the ART/FGT excluded). It is clear that this stock has no chance with that float coming to the market at elated January prices. Note that conducted sales are filed after a certain "grace" period, as Rajiv pointed out earlier. Again I state, if ever yahoo amzn or so had conducted such a ruthless sale of restriced stock, we'd have never seen the joy of trading yhoo & amzn at 400's (pre-split). Note that YHOO insider sold (between October and as of now) 9.7+12+4.9k shares = 26.6k All AMZN insiders together sold 425k (between October and as of now) but AMZN is a little bigger also in terms of share count and the 60m float.. All you guys who actually bought DBCC at prices over 20 - you presumably bought fresh shares... I know very well why I pounded the table & stood up at YHOO & AMZN but not for DBCC. And I expect an apologize of all you long hypesters who called me names and only badmouthing the co. not you, esec, as you are more objective and provide more information and yet didn't call me names. C.
