This morning's Bloomberg TV 1/2 hour spot reported that one of DOJ's requirements for settlement is that Microsoft must admit to causing harm to the consumer.

Clinton, Reno, TPJ, Klein & the 19 states all need Microsoft's help to show they are defender's of the American consumer. I guess not enough of us realize we've been harmed by Microsoft? But if Microsoft says we were -or they intended us to be, that would get the government money spenders off the hook.

Else they (the government) will hurt the consumer through Microsoft if need be. Either way the consumer will get hurt or else. And that's a government promise!

P.S. One has to wonder if the government is setting Microsoft up for future state, foreign and customer law suits? Clinton must need mucho cash for his legal troubles once he gets out of office?
