Barbara:

I believe we at least need to look at the issues before we start delegating shareholder rights. But the company needs to have the tools to grow the business, and they presumably understand the business better than the shareholder.

Being disappointed with the price of the stock is not a reason to undermine business strategy.

Lets understand and discuss the issues first, and after being better informed, each can make their own judgements.
