This is a NEW DEAL and not associated with the previously announced Rec Oil order. At this stage GOE is not directly involved but will be in the future when they need to order equipment. Evans and Rec Oil are entering a 50/50 Joint Venture to establish a recycling operation in Texas. Evans is a major distributor of oil products (gasoline,diesel, etc.) in SE Texas/Louisiana. They have a large tank farm on the gulf at Bay City, TX. With the distribution network Evans already has in place, it seems a natural to co-locate a waste oil recycling operation at the existing tank farm facility in Bay City. Their tankers can deliver fuel outbound and bring back waste oil for processing on the return trip. Rec Oil will bring to the table the expertise on setting up and operating a waste oil recycling business. IMO this appears like a very good business marriage. The payoff will be significantly improved margins on the their diesel fuel business. The deal works because Green Oasis technology makes the business profitable. My speculation/impression is this deal will result in orders for MANY Green Machines to process the volume of waste oil involved. It appears there is adequate reason to be very pleased with this news. Hopefully I have related what Spencer told me in an accurate manner. Evans is a BIG player in that part of the country.
