OT unions >>How would you feel if you do the same work as a union member and he/she's getting better working condition and pay and the only difference is that he/she belongs to a union and you're not? << I'd feel like maybe I ought to join the union. If it can deliver better pay and better working conditions, then it's earning the dues it would cost me. Or else I'd demand that the government step in and guarantee better conditions and better pay for everyone, which is probably more or less how OSHA and minimum wage laws happened. Katherine
