I tried lowering privacy and security settings, I scanned through Advanced options for anything that looked relevant (but couldn't find anything) I rebooted. Still no luck. I don't have any popup blockers installed. Many of the links or buttons on the update page simply don't work. Tried clearing IE's cache, closing and reopening IE, but not luck. Any other site I can get the updates from.
