Tony Oz asked me to pass some information along [...] "You can get (subscribe) to Level III, which is nothing more than the INCA book [...]" From the NASDAQ Glossary at nasdaqnews.com -- "Level 3 Service : Consists of Level 2 Service plus the ability to enter quotations, direct/execute orders, and send information; this service is restricted to NASD member firms that function as registered Market Makers in either Nasdaq, exchange-listed, or OTC Bulletin Board securities." The meaning of "Level 3" has been the same for years. I doubt that it changed this week.
