Mike,

DKB is an Ag seed company. The family that had a majority stake announced they would sell to allow the company to grow. Monsanto already ownes a stake (maybe 10%) and is rumored to have first bid. I would be careful short/put due to the street's recent love for seed co's with genetic patents/potential. They have been putting a high price on them for a while. Look at ABTX. The companies are genetically engineering plants which are resistant to certain chemicals which aides production and yield. This is hot stuff down on the farm. DKB might be ready for a fall, but any conformation of a purchase might send this seed out of the roof. Just my opinion, hope it helps.

Regards, Tob
