japan tobacco is a little worrisome. what if the surge to 96 wasn't short covering, in fact, the buying on the news wasn't sustainable because of new knowledgable shorts rushing in? what if agph called jt and told them to hold off because of fda announcement? didn't jt bail out on a chir deal earlier this year with no good reason save that it did not fit their strategic portfolio?
