I am currently using Web Street. Since you tend to trade less then 1,000 shares you will pay 14.95 per trade. For 1,000 shares of a NASDAQ stock trading at over $2.00 the trade is commission free. Web Street claims to fill market orders in 6-10 seconds. My experience is that is on target. Fill reports often come back within thirty seconds. I don't think you can do #7 with any electronic trade (ie.internet) until you get a confirmation back. With Web Street you place your trade and get your confirmation back all on the same web page. I would call them with your list and see where they can match up with your requirements. Good luck!
