Window dressing (funds) ends 3 days before the end of a quarter. So the selling in the last 7 days or so is an absolute vote of no confidence in WIND.

If the selling is by funds, they have concluded that WIND has no hope of a quick recovery. Remember the last few days of selling still reflects (in most cases) big losses by the seller especially if by funds that bought in months ago.

I wish I could buy into the argument that it's part of the small cap or sector phenomena. I can't. To me that's only a part of the problem.

The severity of the drop and WIND's previous position as a leader of small caps (based on stock performance as well as earnings) precludes that luxury.

Stan...just dropped into the 13's. WIND that is.
