A purchase order with $$ attached to it will. And it will bump
the stock price too.

I, for one, am getting really tired of all these letters of intent.
Remember where that road goes? The one paved with intentions?

That said, when I visited GOE on April 30 they told me Bill Carraway
was in Houston. It's no great streatch to infer that he was working
on this deal at the time.
