Brooke, this is typical of having your fonts set in a way
that the developer didn't anticipate. Do you, for instance,
have large fonts set in your screen settings? Or diddle
(as I do) with the resolution or font selection in the
registry? If so, many programs will refuse to show you
scroll bars, etc.

PS to any developers reading: ALWAYS allow your windows to
be resized so the poor folks you didn't think about in
your testing (poor eyes, etc) can pull them out to see the
scroll bars at least. B Gates, are you listening? INTUIT,
