Mark--SIGA--This looks quite nice to me. It appears to be a reverse head and shoulder formation with the neckline at Dec 31 and it has been surpassed by todays action. The resistence comes in at the old high from 10-21-97 at 9.88. A safe buy would be at 9 15/16 on good volume. Another question would be whether the cup being formed will need a handle before going higher. I know I am hedging all over the place. What would you do? Myron
