Try Echinachia (sp?) for flu. It worked for me

Are you sure you took it after you had the flu. It is formulated to work best at the onset of the common cold or the flu, but once you have it, it is not as effective.

Been using it in the family for years. Available mostly in health food type of stores, or a GNC, etc.
