Chart for Air Canada - Class A: stockcharts.com[l,a]djcanimy[dc][pc20!b50!b100!b200!f][vc60][iUb14!Ll14!La12,26,9!Lh14,3!Lc20] From the chart of AC.a we can see the stock spent last week basing just under it's 20EMA on below average volume. This stock needs to pick up the volume and gap up over the resistance of it's 20EMA or it very well may revisit previous lows. A gap up over the 20EMA and the stock could have clear sailing up to $3.00 it's 50MA. Will be interesting to see which way the stock breaks next week. Would have a lot more confidence of a break to the upside if the basing had occurred atop the 20EMA instead of below it. JMO Good luck with this pick, Al
