Nobody's trying to, "blame Bush's failures on Clinton anymore," because any failures to be blamed are Clinton's failures, and never were Bush's. The economy was flagging when Clinton left. REmember the bubble? Oh, yeah. Then, 9/11, because Clinton failed to act after the FIRST WTC bombing in '93, or any of the other subsequent bombings leading up to 9/11. Talk about warnings!! Duh! Kerry isn't any deal at all. Kerry is a snake oil purveyor, who never has accomplished anything in the Senate and manages to claim to have supported both sides of every issue. Very convenient for debating points, piss poor for leadership.
