Chuzzlewit, I agree with what you said concerning customer and vendor working together. Dell knows they can't just push inventory upstream--it would raise the vendors' costs. It's in Dell's best interests to help their vendors succeed. Jack PS: One reason Boeing got into trouble is that they hired so many of their vendors' employees, that the vendors got into trouble.
