Today there was news from Goldman Sachs on a gold stock. Placer Dome Inc. Goldman raised it's rating to market out preform from Market preform. the stock closed at 10 13/16. This may be the first of up grades on POG issues. I hope so as it's a very dry past 6 to 8 years. Let's see if anyone follows with more. I think the news was on Rutres yet I could not copy to here.
