Stagger, aren't insiders prohibited from buying stock in their own company if they have sold in the last six months? Believe I read that this is the case. Therefore, if one expects to be a net seller (ie, ifoptions are a good part of one's compensation, one needs to buy a house, diversify, etc.), one will almost never buy or be allowed to buy. Insider buying would be a good sign but lack of it is not a bad sign. Insiders haven't purchased any Apple or Yahoo this year, have they? How about Microsoft? How are those shares doing, ytd? Marc
