Has anyone posted information on Paul Allen filing to sell a large amount of AOL?

Somebody mentioned that the other day, but didn't post a link or any other information to verify the claim. I've also seen it mentioned elsewhere, but again, without sourcing. Do you have any more information?

Neither Vulcan nor Allen's name appears in this list of insider trades:

Furthermore, I wouldn't expect it to. Although Vulcan might well have bought some shares of AOL as an investment, I doubt they have enough to be considered insiders. Allen reportedly sold his 20% interest in AOL years ago. Allen has sold about 1.5 million shares of Microsoft in the past two months, and he or his company might well be selling other investments to help pay for the series of construction projects they're involved in right now, but I don't think there's any reason we'd hear about it if the sale involved anything MSFT or another company in which Allen is an insider.
