Absolutely correct and this has been apparent for quite some time now. The 'findings of fact' made this glaringly obvious. The 'findings of fact' were basically written by the hand of the DOJ. It's that obvious.

Jackson will fall. He will be removed from any further trials on this matter at his level. The appeals court will remove him from further involvement due to bias and going beyond his authorized boundaries.

Of this I'm quite certain, but this is only my opinion.
