Lamar, re password: here is one way...

BTW, there is a way to avoid having to type in ID and PW
(as we must for access to SI). Replace the bookmarked URL
with another containing your ID and PW. Example...

anysite.com

is changed to

http://YourName:YourPass@www.anysite.com

I tried it with SI and it works. Disadvantage: all SI
URLs now show your PW. Since I often post URLs as
references, removal of my PW would be a hassle.


As for the spell checker: I think you were not meant to
have one, so don't fight fate. <G>

edit: I just noticed Miguel already posted the PW trick.
