Oh I agree and I am in the process of doing a comparison of a "pump and dump" and this one which is a "short and distort." Using the exact same rules but like shorting use the "Other side of the trade" Also Pump and dump is keyed and illegal tactic but short and distort is not. Ever seen an SEC case of short and distort where the distort is based on an unfounded lie. It is becuase the SEC I believe feels they should not waste any money what so ever investigating short and distort because the manipulator's loss is unlimited should the buying come into play where pump and dump has no loss for the stock manipulator. :-) GB
