Ram, with consummation of the SSI merger there remain three immediate milestones before the horizon becomes clear. In no particular order they are: (1) Earnings report..it is my understanding from the RB board that this will be issued after market closes tomorrow, but clarity of vision may depend on whether vel non the revenues/profits are positive and acceptance of management's spin during the conference call on Friday, 8/11; (2)NASDAQ listing...RB pundits waver between a date before or after the conference call. My instinct is that if listing is approved it will happen after the earnings report is issued; (3) Announcement of contract(s) of significance...the recently announced opening and staffing an office in Japan, together with speculation that NTT DoCoMo's determination concerning superiority of thick filters indicates a preference for ISCO's product as well as the presumed need for NTT, which announced major capital expenditure increase for 2000 and 2001, to place orders for filters to support 3G wireless now, lead the same pundits to believe an announcement is near, if not imminent. If a contract has been let, it may be beneficial to make the announcement tomorrow or Friday, in advance of the conference call. (I understand that SEC rules require prior issuance of announcements to the general public if new matters are to be discussed during conference calls). I am certain there are other issues in addition to the three mentioned here, but conventional wisdom appears to regard these to be the most significant in the near term. May the road rise up to meet you.
