Byron Dorgan HATES this: Iraq plans a maximum tax rate of 15%. Dorgan is OUTRAGED. In the 2nd Bush administration, the flat tax will pass. Russia uses 13% and is growing like a weed. Iraq will be HUGE at 15%. Dorgan will be OUTRAGED when we pass "only" 17%. If we could just eliminate economically-challenged MORONS like Dorgan, we could do just fine in single-digits... But not nearly as outraged as he'll be when he gets his BUTT KICKED in 2006...
