You missed the point Steve.

If you want to talk about technicalities, read the Macworld documents on the shortcomings of OS 8.0 namely lack of protected memory and any true multitasking threading operations.

I hardly see how directing me to an article could be considered talking about the subject. I familiar with the issues surrounding the lack of protected memory, the lack of symetrical multiprocessing and system wide multi-threading. Would you like to talk about it?

The point is that Bill sounds like a broken record and at this point he seems to be contributing only to his personal agenda. If that's the case, then I will opt to bypass his posts. But the fact of the matter is, he hasn't taken the time to respond to my post.
