One thing which has been fortuitous for MSFT shareholders has been the timing of the last drop (~100-65). The particular timing of that coincided with the DOJ action which made it look like old judge jackson was responsible for the decline.

In truth, the problems with MSFT stock are systemic and have almost nothing to do with the DOJ case. The MSFT shares might have a temporary respite for the time being but ultimately MSFT is just 'the best of a bad bunch.'

They're all destined to crash when their crappy fundamentals become common knowledge. I don't know if it will take a year or 10 years but the facade will be torn off.

Read the Clowns thread to get an idea of the kinds of garbage the central bank and other manipulators use to keep this market propped up. That's why I'm thinking the GWB social security plan might just be the next logical step in the 'royal scam.' The goal is to turn the U.S. into a 3rd world nation. The other nations can't necessarily have their standards of living raised, but we can sure have ours lowered.

This DOJ suit against MSFT - as much as i personally have hated msft in the past and to some extent still do to this day - is just a symptom of what has in the past been referred to as 'the red fog over america.'

Welcome to the corporate mommy state.
