Ed,

I agree that HRC has plenty of warts as do all the candidates but I am still waiting to hear something that Obama has done besides giving great speeches that speaks to his readiness to be president. He has claimed to have been in the trenches when people were losing their jobs. What did he do on a local level that made a difference? Speeches don't find people jobs. Actions do.

No matter who is the next president, there will be plenty to fix from the mess that will be left behind. It will not be an easy job, there will be plenty of mistakes and there will have to be some trial and error type of decisions. What we need for the next president is someone who takes action, is not afraid to make a decision and make a mistake but then recognize that there was a mistake made and then tries something else to correct it. I believe that both HRC and Obama, on one of the Iraq votes, waited until the end of the voting to vote against a funding bill when they knew what the outcome was going to be. They both were cowardly in their voting and they both had their eyes on looking good and not doing the right thing. But HRC has been in the whitehouse and knows someone that will give her good advice on how to hit the ground running instead of spinning their wheels. I think this is the one big advantage HRC gives over Obama.
