Stephen: Regarding your # 3 point: I follow an educational technology maillist, EDTECH - recent posts are on the theme of some parents wishing their kids to NOT have lab time with Mac's. It seems that Mac/Apple's inroads with education are fast slipping; most of the posts to this maillist center around Windows/networks questions; very few are on Mac's. It is too bad - but reality, I guess. Thought I'd pass this along...
