My two bits on the market--------eliminate naked short selling that has driven many companies out of business(particularly start ups that get attack immediately); no more hedge funds; eliminate margin trading-----gradually return the market to one of being an investment market.

Give common shareholders rights in all bankruptcy cases-----the bankruptcy cases by corporations are presently transferring companies to creditors who then either take over the companies or act as fronts for private investors who buy the companies----or even for foreign groups.

Eliminate the double dealing where a brokerage firm can sell stock to you to shareholders and then also have an interest in the debt of the same company.

While the military has been fighting a war on terrorism and for democracy---------we have had a financial war that has been allowed to destroy us from within-----the war on terrorism as a financial war was highlighted around the time of 9/11.

I do not agree 100% with Wallson-------there are Congressman that I would keep rather than let the Pelosi and Obamanation take over Congress and the nation.
