Some do. Some don't. Nothing cast in stone. No technical analysis I know supports it. USRX has recovered nicely. But in Iomega's case, the fact it touched 19 in the near-past makes me believe it will go there if there is no News release in the near-future. Besides lot of techies are talking about a gap in the chart around the 17 area and say that all gaps are filled.
