The last time AOL discussed definition of churn (back in Q496-Q197)
it excluded trial subs -- which is nonsense, because that ignores
the cost associated with obtaining and servicing trial subs.

AOL has refused to disclose any specific figures related to
churn. Given that AOL has habit of re-defining metrics to
suit the moment, but not disclosing those deifnitions, statements
such as "lowest churn in two years" are suspect.
