No, it seems to me by all accounts, Cheney likely successfully divested himself completely from any conflict of interest. This is no lie, this is based on the fact that the man took action to do so before he took office as stated, and as is unrefuted by you. What he said then, is wholly consistent with he says now. Period. He effectively removed any financial interest he had with Halliburton. Nothing
