HEC is now a "PENNY" stock, this means most brokers CAN NOT touch it with a 100 ft pole!!!!!!! It leaves the stock to be only bought by intrepid hedge fund types(who are not buying anything in Colombia or energy for that matter!) or independent investors. Their European prior investors have been trashed and where do they raise money??!! And they will need it whether Bolivar works or not! A reverse stock split is necessary, this will screw the Euros but can't be helped .Sorry for the truth if all want bs and painkillers don't read my posts. Sorry.
