Cheryl, 64 CPU SUN machine has 115,395 TPC-C. But 14 CPU SUN machine has 50,268 TPC-C. Why does the per-CPU tpc-c fall from 3,500 to 1,750 or by half as the number of CPUs in the system goes up from 14 to 64. Is this a Solaris7 scalability issue?. If so is it addressed in Solaris8?
