Dear Lurker: By the time you see what is on the table, it will be a done deal. You are not being offered the opportunity to approve or disapprove. Were you put on notice that another Reg S was coming, were you notified that a reverse split of 1 for 300 was coming, do you have any idea who WOTD is, do you know what they plan on buying with the money they are about to take from the CVIA shareholders and hand us back a 1 for 300 reverse split, have you wondered why they are keeping everything under the table????? This deal is fishy in a big way! Robert
