I don't think so. I think it is people who are just afraid that maybe, possibly, perhaps, something may not be up to expectations and they are getting out to avoid any volatility. They sold 'at the market' just to get out.

But down 3 points on 3 million shares isn't insignificant for day traders. Perhaps some has issued a downgrade already.

X-files theory: watch for MSFT to file countercharges this afternoon, in Seattle, so the news comes out after the market close. Just so the SUNW report and analysis will have to include the phrase 'in light of the countersuit brought against SUNW today by MSFT'. BG tries to P in the punchbowl.
