That looks to be the key right there. I believe stress takes a lot more out us then generally recognised. What can be more stressful, when your stressed, is to get an illness?

So yes you have a reaction or a swelling under your skin. Could be a virus or a toxin.

Some people have such reactions from illnesses like shingles.

No I am not medical anything. I generally stay away from doctors unless in dire circumstances and run out of alternatives. Then I reluctantly see a doctor. -g-
