Actually, it was a friend of mine that spoke to Jack Mitchell. Yes, they have moved down to San Diego. Mitchell was reluctant to reveal anything about curent projects until things were finalized and was especially harsh on the way the Varshneys had run the operations. I don't recall what was said about the Ca. situation(sorry). He felt that the company would be back on track by early next year.
