In miami we also have the NJ style one way cable. It really is not an issue for what I do. All I send up are mouse clicks and messages like this. The bandwidth upstream is really not needed. If you are doing a lot of uploads or hosting a web server, one way cable is not the answer. For browsing SI and trading stocks it works great.
