you still haven't answered the question.

If the US goes off oil, and we can, the world economy would be in serious economic trouble. Not to mention the civil unrest. There are numerous replacements for oil already out there and there are not much more expensive than where we are now.

I assure you the powers that be are well aware of the problem.

Ok refute that, instead of name-calling. Shows the Kerry
supporter mentality, just hate-speakers.
