Yes, it is and it loks like we just got the C wave rally off the low. May or may not be complete, but the prior day high should not be taken out. The ideal path is a top by the end of the day and then another decline to take us a little lower than we did today.

Then we start the last leg up, but the target highs are only slightly above the current highs. That rally should be quick and short. Overall, we are doing nothing except a lot of back and forth chop for the last few days and probably for the next few. Distribution top.
