Ashley, actually they aren't prohibited from making an acquisition by any laws or anything. They are just unable to use the more favorable "pooling of interests" method until Oct., 2 years after their ATT split. Why they had to wait 2 years, I'm not sure. This may be law, or just something they agreed to with ATT, or SEC. Gary
