Their % is up because of the secondary offerings they've had in the past 6 months. That is the only reason.

I must agree. Many people have posted on this thread in the past couple of weeks about fund managers never wanting to buy stocks that are priced under 10 bucks.

Since SyQuest has never been above 10 dollars a share, and in fact has spent most of the past year under 3 dollars, I can't imagine that the funds are in love with it.
