Hello,
New to the thread. Just noticed that TLGN, maker of flat panel displays is starting to move significantly on over 200,000 shares traded today. No news out yet. Stock has been through a rough time and management changes. New management may be making a significant impact in turn around. Just FYI if interested in TLGN technology.
