I have another post about heat pump which I haven't had time to review. Our concern is: how do mortgage companies respond to heat pump? If we wanted to sell the house, it could be a problem. Prospective buyers might cringe if they don't know anything about it. But the way properties move around here, we wouldn't have any trouble with it now. Looks like most sell in a day!
